So, I'm on OperaGX which, if you don't know, has an ad-blocker built in. So, I try and download ProMods with it on, (by the way I tried downloading about 20 minutes ago but had to go to an eye test). Wouldn't progress, and it said turn off your ad-blocker. I do that. Refresh both pages. 1 works. 1 says I've been blocked. Anyone know why?

Opera GX has been known to open multiple connections while downloading files, thereby making our website think that you're trying to download too many files at once. After the block expires automatically (in a few hours) try using a different web browser like Firefox.

I've been trying for days to download the Promods maps and as soon as I get a download it gives me a message Sorry! You have been blocked

Just been made to look a right twat while livestreaming the installation of 2.64.
I have never attempted more than two files at once, I managed to download up to .006, two at a time, letting them fully download. I then spend some time setting up for a stream, go live, and then carry on downloading PM. I open files .007 and .008 in new tabs. Blocked.
Why?
