Please try and configure your anti-virus to be less aggressive, or whitelist our domains. I cannot manually whitelist for every transaction. The link was again opened 3 times by your anti-virus therefore triggering the limit

So I paid for the following ProMods assets:
ATS Canada
ETS2 Middle East
ETS2 Trailer & Company pack
ETS2 The Great Steppe
I followed the link from my confirmation mail after purchase.
It allowed me to install Middle East and Trailer & Company pack, but The Great Steppe and Canada were "forbidden" to download, as I got the following message:
I do not use a VPN, but did download earlier versions of Canada and The Great Steppe before (I deleted those, however).
But the same thing for Middle East, yet I was allowed to download the Middle East asset?!!
Hope y'all can help me out.

I paid via this stie Promods. i'm using firefox. It starts and stop at about 11mb.

I purchased the previous version of the bundle (the one including Europe v2.66). I would like to download the newest update. If I go through the free download links on this site, I have to turn of the adblocker, which I do. Yet, it still says that it is on, which is quite frustrating. Is it possible to get free updates if you already made a purchase in the store?

No you can't. The payment is made for one fast download. You have to pay again when you want a fast download when a new version is available.
Regarding the free download, make sure that all ad blocking systems are deactivated on parameters. You can also try downloading with another internet browser.

Hi i bought the mod last night thinking i could use it then it said version incompatible, so i noticed today it has been updated but its trying to charge me to download it again, so can i have a refund so i can buy it again, i know its only a couple of quid but i never actually used the previous download because it wouldn't let me.
