Hello, why is the paid download so slow? I am downloading ar max 100 kb/s. Other Downloads (Steam, etc.) go at around 12 MB/s. Is there a problem with servers?

It depends on peer 2 peer agreements between the host and your internet provider. Occasionally technical interruptions may also occur.
Which service are you using? Payloadz is hosted by Amazon and the ProMods Store is hosted by Cloudflare.
On average most users get >10MB/s
