Development on version 2.x (Romania Edition)

I want to present you MIRFI's romania map for German Truck Simulator.
It was a 10/10 map, realistic and full of cities, giving you the Romanian feeling.
It was played by thousands of people, and praised.
Some of them play on it now, making hundreds of thousands kilometers.
I hope that MIRFI will done a a very good job in ETS2 , too.

I don't think it looks empty at all. Actually, I have never understood the point of adding tons of cities to small countries. It just takes up space that could have been used on scenery, and makes it look crowded. Also: Even though ProMods make them better than SCS, I don't find cities in ETS to be very interesting. But thats my opinion...

What I wonder though, is what happened with the moldovan part of the map? Wasn't there a road or two over there too?

I agree with you for the small countries, but Romania has a surface of 238.391 km², that's twice the size of Greece. Wich meens it's pretty big!

But wasn't Orodea already made in Romania? Now it isn't in the plan anymore.

I think that due to the many open fronts ProMods has, what we should expect is a less densely mapped first version, with gradual improvements over time.

The problem here being that the UK uses a different, larger scale than the rest of the map, so UK can fit more cities in easier in the game. Your request does seem fair to me, though, so no worries there.

Hi mates!

I've told that that map plan can suffer modifications Oradea is a complicated story for now, because of SCS's future plans. And you must understand that my daily map building days are long gone. Those were my sweet highschool years. Being a sophomore at Electronics & Telecom is quite a time consuming job.

My ambition now is to finish what I've shown you on the map. More content may come after that. But is useless for now making future plans before finishing what I've already started. Tomorow I hope to do some map building.
