Might need some Roundup over here! ;)
I don't have any other map mods, should I post my installed mods anyway?
Anyway, here's a screenshot:

I can confirm that the garage in München, Germany has some grass in the yard when it is a "tiny" garage (single bay). When the garage is upgraded (3-bay or 5-bay) the grass will disappear. My picture is from using only ProMods 2.02 - it doesn't show as much grass as in your picture, so you may be loading another mod which is increasing the grass density.

Grass in garage yard

There are a handful of garages in the ProMods map which will have this grass behavior. It comes from a "No detail vegetation" flag not being set (I believe it should be set, and it is set for most garage locations). I am working on finding all locations before I report the problem in our bug tracking system. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. It is also possible that the ProMods developers intended this behavior for some garages, to give the garage a "has not been used in a while" look.

Edit:
I have reported the issue in our bug tracking system, bug #4303. We will see what the developers say about it.

For the future, please review the bug reporting procedure: How to report a bug (Important)

seems like an excessive amount of grass to just give a neglected kind kind of look.

It does look kinda realistic if you ask me. It fits the neglected look of the building itself.
This ain't a bug IMO

The developers have decided this problem is too trivial to fix. The issue is now closed.
