There has turned up a big problem for all G27 users about the new update on the Logitech profiler. The new update for Logitech profiler, are causing problems that the entire set for G27 don't work anymore. Windows update will later ask for a new update for Logitech profiler, so do not accept the update. That causes your G27 to not work. If you have already problems with this, uninstall Logitech profiler, and reinstall it again via Logitech support for G27. If Windows update later asks for an update, you know what to do, to prevent your G27 to fail. You know when G27 is starting up, and it calibrates the wheel? The wheel spin around a bit and then suddenly stops. That is what happening if you installing the update that Windows update asks. I hope the guys at Logitech are aware of this, and that they can fix this problem.

You can use it, but just not accept any new updates via Windows update for G27. Mine works and i am not accepting the new updates for it.

There is also the issue that new profiler wont detect the G27

I have a similiar problem with DFGT.

Piotrek3201, then uninstall Logitech profiler and install it again. If it asks for an update, don't accept it.

I did it, and it's working

Yeah Paul (Squirrel) had that problem aswell so the best advice is to ignore the Problem
But i don't think the guys at Logitech will fix this problem, cus they don't care about the G27s anymore, and they were the greatest.
