1.23 beta is known to cause Promods 2.01 to crash. Revert to 1.22 if you want Promods compatibility.

I know it cause crashes, but I can't revert to 1.22.
My save isn't compatible with 1.22 anymore, and if I launch the game with another save I'll loose a month of playing.
Hope they will released a new version of Promods some days after SCS will release 1.23 final.

Is that because you played for a month in 1.23, or because your last manual save was a month ago?

I believe the latest autosave from the previous build is backed up in My Documents when you update to a newer build.

Go to My Documents / Euro Truck Simulator 2. Here you should find a folder called "profiles(1.22.xxx).bak (use the one with the highest number after 1.22). After you downgraded back to 1.22, simply rename this folder to "profiles". The folder called "profiles", you could rename to "profiles(1.23)" or whatever, to keep in bacup in case this doesn't work.

I haven't tested this myself, but this is how I read the files and folders system .

Aldimator, is the new version - 1.6.3 - backwards compatible with ETS2 1.22 and PM2.01?

Obviously it isn't.
Just as ProMods 2.02 won't be compatible with ETS2 1.22.

Is this new that 4-part .7z that doesn't works with Winrar ?

Never had problem before and i always downloaded it on one part..
