Got all the DLC'S including the paintjobs. I don't know why I bought some paintjob packs but for €1,- you just buy them to support SCS

I think the answer is 'No'. Anyone can safe 10 bucks for Going East.... (And last summer it even was 5 bucks )

Wait to release until after next sale, then there can be no excuses

Well we have drawn the conclusion that the DLC's will be required for future releases, but when that is is not known yet. (It depends on when the new territories are ready).
