Ok, I see. last week, or before, it did work, but now, it seems to be down. Odd
You're right, both the garbled and this do not work.
RusMap's Murmansk version however, it still works.

Obviously, the exchanger deletes the file due to the presence of 'Promods' in its name))) In any case, I definitely did not delete this connector.
Changed the name of the archive, the connector is packed the same (option with North from Promods).

My map crashes when zooming in to Murmansk area. Zooming into Segezha seems fine though.
Here is my load order which should match how (
https://www.promods.net/viewtopic.php?t=29618) has.
I have Iberia DLC installed along with all other DLC's.
I can add the game.log.txt if needed, but the issue seems to be with this, which I thought was only an issue if you did not have the Iberia DLC which I do? Also it seems the Road Connector links don't work in the first post here. So only one I can get is

Ok the load order didn't do anything to clear up the map zoom crash issue, however, I do think it actually isn't RusMaps but Southern Region as I don't think it's 100% updated to Promods 257 and RusMaps 2.42. I thought I had tested the map without Southern Region before, but I must have only thought I did. So think this is what the problem is and not RusMaps.
So with that new load order, is that going to be how it should be going forward or is this only a one time thing for this release?

This is not a new boot order.))) It has been recommended since patch 1.35.
I will not go into a technical description of such a recommendation, I will only say that there are no sectors with St. Petersburg in the connector for two cards, and therefore (with your option) an error occurs and a crash occurs.
Это не новый порядок загрузки.))) Он является рекомендуемым ещё с патча 1.35.
Не буду вдаваться в техническое описание подобной рекомендации, скажу лишь только то, что в коннекторе для двух карт отсутствуют сектора с Петербургом и поэтому (при вашем варианте) происходит ошибка и вылет..
