You could use free cam/teleport and save a few dollars
If in luck SCS might introduce pass cards in the near future, images (Storebaelt Bridge Tool Gate) from SC DLC might suggest this will happen with the DLC release

Hopefully we get some sort of Electronic Toll Collection (Pass through the toll and pay without stopping).
This system is like AutoPass (Norway), Telepass (Italy), E-ZPass (US), etc.

Have a question about the part in germany, that has not been completly rebuild yet: Is there also a liitle bit of a chance to see a little bit of improvement in the course of the road, textures and signage etc. ?

The ARP (Autobahn Rebuilding Project) is not finished with releasing ProMods 1.9 - the team will continue to overhaul most parst of Germany.
And I'm excited about the next steps after 1.9 that I already saw in the developer chat

Short answer, it will be released when ready.

Long answer, it will be released as soon as the beta runs bug-free. 1.9 has gone into his second beta release, which means we (beta testers) need to take another look at the bugs, to confirm fixes.
We hope to release it soon, but we never know when this will be. It's ready when it's ready.

We don't know when DLC Scandinavia will be released, we don't know when a new patch will be released.
The only thing we know is that ATS doesn't harm ProMods. ATS is a completely different game, not an ETS2 extension.

ETS2 is currently on release 1.16.2, ProMods next release is 1.9
