Engine break can give better fuel savings than neutral as the engine will consume some fuel in neutral (IRL)
Depends whether you go slightly downhill or straight I'll assume?

The extra setting for neutral gear was implemented in current v1.14. And it consumes less fuel than engine break cause the more rpm the higher is the strength of the engine brake. Neutral gear consumes hardly any fuel.

Building lights in night time

Hello,
Thanks for this great update
I noticed a while ago that in cities lights are on just in every room of every building and it's strange in the middle of the night (Bergen is a good example)
IRL only the shops are enlightened
Maybe is it not possible to switch off some of them or put dimmer lights ?
