I started in Germany somewhere and it seems to work! Thanks!

NL being corrupted, does that mean i can't drive there at all? Or i just can't start my HQ there?

You can drive there, don't worry!

It's just some strange issue, that when you have HQ in Stockholm or Amsterdam/Rotterdam (and probably some other cities are affected), then after you update ProMods, your gamw will crash.

Once you have saved the game you should be able to relocate your HQ back to NL
