[Fixed] [2.68] Jersey Petrol Station Discovery Bug

Hi,

Think I've found a bug with jersey, there's a petrol station on the way to trinity that refuses to discover, have tried with no other mods active other than all pro mods ones active and issue still persists, have tried also with the console teleporting to try and force the discovery but to no avail.
