2.67 | Typo in Country screen (North Macedonia)

With today's 2.67 release I see that North Macedonia shows up as "fyrom", the old old name.

Looking deeper, Promods are using country code 234, and SCS use 203. Some other aspects of the macedonia.sii are different too.

SCS seems to have sneakily changed the country codes. There won't be much we can do about this until the next update unfortunately.

Please at least consider a patch to change the country name. No need for a full release for this.

That's not possible because there are 3 points that need to be changed;
1) the definition files with the country ID
2) the locale files (part of asset pack)
3) the map sectors (to change border nodes)
