[Fixed] [#39771] Germany - Dreieck Bordesholm A215/A7 - missing sign

The "lane end" sign is missing in the A215/A7 junction, southbound.
(IRL this lane doesn't end at this point but the merge is a 2+2 lane merge, with the rightmost lane ending on the A7. The three lanes left continue all the way down to Hamburg.)
