Opening the compressed files with Winrar oder 7-zip not possible

I wanted to open the Canada map for ATS 1.46.X Version 1.2.2
But two scs-files do not work really

You cannot open our SCS files. But if you are talking about extracting the 7z file that should be straightforward because ProMods for ATS is only one file
