Middle East Development

worldisblack I know you are very excited to see your country on Promods. However Promods team can also use google maps, google streetview, OSM, Dashcam footages and many other resources. There are also local members who can help development team about country specific questions and/or topics.

Also be advised that Middle East add-on is in same scale as Promods and SCS map which is 1:19. It means that every 19 km in real life is represented on 1 km in game. So not everything on your pictures can be added at all.

I know, of course. Because of scaling, i keep very simple about my predictions (: I just add 1 or 2 maybes in pictures. Many pages before, Platypus did tell about the working process. And i'm very thankful about it. For the record, dont take my drawings as suggestion (maybe i use that word, if i did, i use it wrong ), i just wanna keep warm the forum discussions

While the scale might be a bit too tight, I think both O.51 and D.400 might fit, just like how ProMods did in Croatia. Of course it's Platypus's decission though.

Sorry but if you await from me to rebuild the existing areas, the answer is simply negative. Just understand I work ALONE there and I have no time for this.
Middle-East received already improvements with new prefabs ... Sorry to answer quite directly but I prefer to be honest and to say that a deep rebuild is out of the question.

Yeah I´m not expecting you to rebuild everything. I gave just my honest opinions. That said, there are many really good areas as well, so I meant not to be too negative. You all do this for free so it´s anyway really admirable. Thanks!

I doubt that, Horizon said that there won't be any progress in Iraq

yes, but if someone want to help promods it can add more parts off Iraq for creating "Middle Further East expansion" which in would include Iraq, Iran and Kuwait.

Middle east is a great work! I drove in Egypt and I went across desert and it was beautiful! But I think that ProMods can add Cairo to next update, because its major city of Egypt.

Cairo is planned, but i doubt it will be added *this* update, we may see Cairo after the 2.50 update
