All what you have to do is to post a screenshot of Job Completed screen.

First you need to do an application, then after I have accepted it, you will receive your user's log-in details and you can start posting those "Job Completed" screens. But First, I recommend you read Rules so you understand what is the meaning, everything's made for fun so don't take this seriously but only thing is to remember post the screens.
