As the title says i´m searching for a graphics card which can handle all the things written above in a HD resolution without having to reduce anything.
Actually my system runs with a Core i5 4590 (3,3 - 3,7Ghz), 8GB RAM and a Gainward GTX580 Phantom 1,5GB with a resolution of 1366x768, but i had to reduce grass to low, shadows to middle, scaling to 300% and antisoptric filtering to 45% to have stable 30 - 50FPS ingame.
Would be nice if only people answer, which own a card that is able to handle those things, or at least have a clue of what they´re talking about.
I´m open for almost all suggestions, except "2 GTX Titans in SLI Operation should do the job", because i have no space for 2 graphics cards on my G1 Sniper Mainboard and no AMD solutions please due to the fact that ETS2 runs smoother on Nvidia stuff anyway.
Thanks in advance
Graphics Card for ETS2+Promods+Ultra+60FPS?

Well, I have an Evga Gtx 960 2GB which runs smoothly for all maximum settings. However, I keep my grass density down to medium instead of high because of lack, but that's a SCS thing. Another thing is a Nvidia Gtx 760 is recommended to run the game for smooth performance. I hope this helps
I've seen people with a Titan X say they can't get constant 60 fps on 400% scaling. I believe that at that scaling the game is actually rendering at something around 8k!Super Cargo wrote:scaling to 300%
But to answer your question, I have an MSI GTX970 which on all max settings and 300% scaling gives me 60 fps most of the time in the countryside. However due to the detailed nature of ProMods it drops in cities, as low as the 30s in bigger ones. There are probably ways to fine tune it to be better but personally it doesn't bother me much since you're usually not going fast in cities and it's worth it for the lovely scenery. You could always go down to 200% scaling, I don't think it makes a huge difference in visuals.
In general the 970 is a great card, said to be good value as from then on a small improvement costs a lot more money.

2k resolutin and 400% scaling brings both Titan and 295x2 down even when using Intel Extreme CPU's
My HD 7970 does a decent job but slows down in the cities and high dencity areas

I have a 970 strix and well you can run at 400 scaling but at some places you will get lag, best is to run at 300 scaling i think after a lot of testing, at 200 you get almost no lag but the picture are a bit too flickery in the distance . a 300 smoother picture but can lag a bit in a few places ,settings are msaa off (huge performance hit and doesnt do that much for image quality, better to use higher scaling imo) but other settings are at high or ultra, except grass that i keep at medium, (otherwise it will run smoot for the most part but you get a insane lag in some places, seems to be a issue with the game )
if i were to buy a new graphicscard now i would still go for a 970, as said it is a lot of money for only a small improvment to go further, and it works good with ets2
(does ets2 even support sli and if so do you get any performance improvments? )

You can buy my GTX 580 after i ordered a new card then lol.
Back to topic...after having a rummage in dozens of internet sites i think i´ll head for a GTX 970. GTX 690´s & 980´s are too expensive for the results they deliver. Thanks so far for your suggestions.
