i have winRaR and WinZip ready for the zip file but when i download the files it does not come with any zip files what do i do

You must have the newest version on WinRAR or 7-zip before you can extract the files.. I think that WinZIP is not going to work.

i have laterst verson what im saying is that the file when i download thge file from promods it is not a zipped file

It's because we are using a different compession method to compress the files.
