Is it possible to make larger texts in road signs?

At least in Finland is too small fonts in signs.

I have only 23" widescreen monitor.

"Only" 23"? Dude, 23" is the standard size for computer monitors. You don't compare monitors with televisions...
Also I have no trouble reading the signs in Finland and I am using a 23" monitor. :)

I have problems too reading the signs in Finland. I don't know, maybe the font itself is the probelm for me.

Larger text isn't going to happen on the standard roadsigns. It may happen if they make templates for Finnish signs in the new Sign Tool, but they've got no more space on the standard signs.
Curry?! My manual doesn't have any data on curry... What's the meaning of this...?!

Consider yourself lucky: I'm 44 and, in real life, at night, I can no longer tell apart an advertisement at a bus stop from an actual stack of road furniture. What's more, my eye doctor does not consider my vision at distance to be sub-par. Which really scares me, as it implies he will allow people to drive a car/truck who can't really see for shit, imo.

We used to have conscription over here and, in my army days, given my rifle was adjusted to my personal quircks, I felt confident I could "put the lights out" for any enemy who'd stick his head up within a range of 400m, regardless of lighting conditions. There is no way I could acchieve that standard today. Thus I feel impared, however normal it is considered for people my age to lose a bit of clarity in their vision. Given video game resolution (however high) already impares gamers in terms of oversight, I'm truly starting to feel any kind of gaming is the domain of the young. Which is, again, worrying.

:D Also IRL Field Of Vision is around 170 - 180 degrees. In Euro Truck Simulator 2 the FOV is 70 degrees. That also affects how we see the world.

Would it be possible to reflect the real A120 by extending it to the M11? I know you probably have better things to do, but I feel it would be a good addition to the map. I'm not asking you to create the Birchanger Green Interchange, or the Ardleigh Crown Interchange (although they'd be nice). Or... you could add Colchester (pop. 110,000), maybe?

https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit? ... BxqfESrIn5 to see the whole A120. I have also earmarked the two interchanges referenced above.

Actually thinking about it, quite a lot could be done in the UK! I'm pretty sure that I remember you saying that SCS is working in Ireland at the moment so development on that is halted... I assume they are also doing work in the UK. Hopefully this translates to filling up a relatively empty UK. On the ProMods development chart I saw that the plans included Bristol, Exeter and Norwich in England, Aberystwyth, Bangor, Fishguard and Holyhead in Wales, and Belfast and Londonderry in Northern Ireland. Although these are long-term plans, that's a good start. But since the scale in the UK is 1:15 instead of 1:19, that means there's actually more space than usual ;) And it gives me an idea about how to fill up the relatively empty UK... I mean, if Denmark can be over-represented and France can have the number of cities it already does, with a reasonable spacing in between them, then I don't see any reason why the UK can't be filled up a bit. ;)

In England, some cities that could probably be made to fit include (south to north):
- Truro or Penzance
- Brighton
- Oxford
- Peterborough
- Leicester or Nottingham
- Leeds
- York

It looks like Wales and Northern Ireland will also have good coverage.

Scotland though, is badly lacking... Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen really aren't enough. So I'd propose to add these cities and towns:
- Dundee
- Fort William
- Inverness
- Wick or Thurso

I also would like to see a rebuild of London, as I've described before... the most important things I see there are:
- make it possible to enter and exit London from all four directions. At the moment you can't go west onto the M4, and that should definitely be possible
- re-work the roads leading out of London to the north, getting rid of that appalling SCS crossover. Extend the M1 and M11 to well within the M25 and have them enter London in a way that's closer to IRL. Possibly create the North Circular as a ring road
- by doing this, the two exits made by the crossover could be eliminated, and instead the A1 could possibly go directly north in the direction of Peterborough.
- make the Thames appear somehow
- it would also probably be possible to get Heathrow to fit

And then, it would be nice to put some numbers on the random country roads. I'm not really a big fan of how SCS chose to build them in the UK.

Anyway I don't want to think of this as a wish list that I know you guys get tired of very quickly... but just some ideas that seem reasonable. Maybe some of the rebuilds are already in the plans, and maybe SCS has already thought of some of those extra cities and towns. But the UK is definitely a prime candidate for improvement :)
