Fantastic work PH-AMG . I find it unbelievable that after all this time, SCS still use the same old building models, e.g. hotel, farm, truck dealers etc. And I wish they would finish some of the construction/road-works sites that have looked the same for years, re-model them as complete, and start new ones somewhere else. Unless all the building companies have gone bankrupt.....
Thank goodness for mods .

That would be time-consuming, and would increase the price of the game. Remember that ETS2 was pretty reasonably priced, compared to other games. I think the price vs. quality ratio of ETS2 is pretty good.cashtime2013 wrote: I find it unbelievable that after all this time, SCS still use the same old building models, e.g. hotel, farm, truck dealers etc. And I wish they would finish some of the construction/road-works sites that have looked the same for years, re-model them as complete, and start new ones somewhere else. Oh my firetrucking god....
First off I would like to say thank you very much for the updates coming down the pipe, the work is great and adds to the realism that makes the difference between a game and a SIM. I can say looking forward to the new updates and trying Beta out and found the AI getting much better too!! Anyway one thing I noticed was getting used to the smaller turning radius of the European trucks and the traffic light system, yellow before green, no right turn on red and the lights are in an inconvenient position. Having them on the other side of the intersection keeps your eyes ahead in the intersection, with them on the side, even with track IR, I have to look around the "A" pillar to see the light from the side. Anyway, the constant work and updates to make it more realistic makes me even more want to go to Europe to have a look and see some places I visit in Eurotruck 2 and Promods maps.
