The problem with a landmark like that is its size. The Gate is barely taller than the buildings next to it, so unless trucks deliver to the doors of the German parliament and embassies, it would probably never be seen in a game like ETS 2.RoadRageDude wrote:Maybe you can expand Berlin and put in Brandenburg Gate

Re: Development on version 1.x (Current Map Improvements)
Very nice work! It's details like this which make the Promods map so much more engaging than the default one.

Re: The 100MPH club
I always try this every time I play. Admittedly the trucks often max out at 80-90mph when I have a trailer attached, but without one I can really get my FH16 moving. Here's some shots from a run I just did: http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/504697201445341806/0D02B6322D9583FF9DAD4BCD9071A39BF7A02A...

Re: Q&A Northern Scandinavia
If you guys are still planning to include St Petersburg, then I'd suggest an expansion of Finland in that direction. This could include both Tampere and Lahti, but also Lapeenranta is in this region.

Re: Navigator Failing
Also there is a bug at a motorway junction in the centre of Oslo (I think the route was Oslo -> Bergen), where it sends you down a one-way slip road, before telling you to cross onto the opposite carriageway and go up the slip road on the other side. Took me a while to find a route around this one.

Wow. I don't think I've seen anything like that before. He joins, posts in the wrong threads, then asks to be removed from the site... I'm just not seeing the logic here

Oslo --> The Edge of the Universe
I just found out that you guys haven't put an invisible border around the roads like SCS did, which allowed me to do some exciting off-roading with supernatural consequences: http://cloud-3.steampowered.com/ugc/509199713902923741/6A6C6244B2B85C929A29DC4A6CC9CDED17529CC5/ Seems that these fences exis...

Re: ETA on the next update?
What I would like to see is some sort of progression scale (since an exact date can never be guaranteed). Something like this would be nice: Scandinavia - 100% Ireland - 60% Euromir - 42% France - 25% Spain - 28% Current Improvements - 70% Of course, the percentages would still be a rough estimate b...
