Yes it should be, not just an 'upgrade', but a complete rebuild. Also a rebuilt Chelmsford

All the UK 'vanilla' cities are scheduled for a rebuild . In fact I'm planning to make one my next project!

Update time....
So, new stuff from me in the pipeline.... Tarbert and Stornoway on the Isles of Lewis & Harris in the Outer Hebrides....

and of course the rebuilt cities of Felixstowe and Chelmsford

OK, update time! :D The Shetland Isles may be built some time in the future, I've recently built Uig on the Isle of Skye, with the plan to extend to the Outer Hebrides (Lewis & Harris). Meanwhile, in England, I've almost completed the rebuild of Chelmsford, so already plenty to look forward to ;)

If I remember correctly, I did recently move the spawn point forward to accommodate longer trailers, which I also did for the Channel Tunnel trains.
