I also did some searches on map of Finland and found out that here we have places called Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Germany, Holland, Russia, China, Alaska, America, Kanada, Turkey, Switzerland, and Egypt.

Also Finland is promised land of rude place names...

ProMods is not yet compatible with Scandinavia DLC. You have to choose either one.

Try with just ProMods files enabled. Some of the mods is conflicting with the game. My guess is Realistic Lightning since 1.17 has a new lightning system.
