It really bugs me out when I see the missing letters, especially ones with diacritics, that are necessary in Serbia (I'm thinking of č, ć, š, đ and ž, it is needed for all the citie...

I don't understand what you want to say? On our plates the crest is not visible? Yes, between the city code and the rest of numbers. EDIT: I managed to add it by just using the format of the ProMods plates. It looks like you forgot to add it by mistake, anyway I should not judge this small problem,...

How do I make the Croatian crest on the licence plates visible? Because it normally isn't.

Could you tell me when will Serbia be approximately finished?

I've got the same problem too.
It probably persists because the needed country definition for Croatia (croatia.sii) is missing in def file.
If I want to create it myself, the mod won't show up in Mod Manager menu.
