Okay no extractor needed, nico said that when i am in the editor, i have to pus on the ~ button again, I will try if that helps, and of course report back.

You have a lot of mods in your mod folder. Remove them to load the map editor properly and describe your problem more. These yellow errors don't have much meaning. What you have to worry about are red errors. Could you post your game.log to pastebin.com and post its link here?
