Found out that the problem was BG+ and Bulgaria In Focus addons, both of which are actually 1.46 compatible. Disabling them solved the problem. They were working fine though, I don't understand why that happens..

Ok so I've discovered that I had to remove all world map mods, now its working again, yet out of scale on some places, also removed the trigger fixer.
Is there any updated map mod right now?
