I think you are using a mod that have an old version, just get that mod out of the directory of your mod, and try the game again, if you can play it with no problems, than the problem may have solved. succes with that!

Are you using promods europe and classic at the same time? If so, that will be the issue, because you cant use them both.
Its only europe or classic!

I think its related to a mod you used, just move some mods and try again, when its solved, you can set one by one the mods in to game, when one of the mods you try then crashes, thats the one you cant use. I hope that will help you?
